Here's a poem I wrote about my own coaching journey...(told you I write poetry!)

A QUIET SHIFT - by Jo Marshall

Finding clarity, even when you weren’t quite sure what you were looking for.

Finding yourself, even when you thought you already knew where you were.

Finding a fire within you… even when you believed you didn’t need anything to spark it.

Finding the space to slow down and truly breathe, even when you didn’t realise how much you needed it.

Finding the authentic you - the one you may not have noticed had been quietly lost along the way.

Finding your true voice, even after speaking for so long.

Finding balance, even when everything seemed under control on the surface.

And finding the solution… even when you couldn’t yet see the problem.
